How to change TCS during races with DS3 controller

After this recent update is it possible to change the traction control settings during the race when using the standard DS3 PS3 controller.
And if so, how do you set it up.

So go to controller settings in the options menu under hardware,
Click on configurations
Then customise buttons on your controller to the RA Menu Options, These allow you to change TCS, ASM, ABS, 4wd differential settings.
