This video has been flagged for some reason on YouTube for copyright claim and I am looking to contact Gran Turismo in order to get the issue resolved. I am not exactly sure on who to contact to get this information and I have searched everywhere and not found any email address. Does anyone have an email or have any idea on how I can contact them?

Ideally I'd like to get my entire channel allowed to make videos about their game, but they do not seem to make this very easy. If anyone has any idea on how to make that happen I would really appreciate hearing from you.

There isn't an official e-mail given, I guess a letter to this address

Polyphony Digital

Tobu Toyosu Bldg 2F.,

1-10-19 Edagawa, Koto-ku,

Tokyo

135-0051

Japan

Or contacting Sony Computer Entertainment by either an E-mail or call to Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. using the contact information given on this page: http://faq.en.playstation.com/cgi-bin/scee_gb.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=842&p_sid=RCkkxekk... or use this form to ask a question: http://faq.en.playstation.com/cgi-bin/scee_gb.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?locale=en_GB&p_sid=RCkkxekk&p_...

Probably has a lot to do with the stuff at the end, advertising products using their game as a hook...and the profanity.

Unfortunately YouTube is only giving me about 15 days to respond back to them to fight the claim making it impossible to mail a letter to Japan. I think best bet is contact Sony and see what they say. Thanks for the links.

Have you seen YouTube videos ever? There is always an outro promoting the channel. I made all the stuff anyway so it wouldn't be copyright for that. Also just wondering what profanity?

The girl holding the phone, with the hashtag where the letter would be.

You're using their intellectual property to pimp your wares. Make your own ad and you'll be fine.

Its not Gran Turismo (I assume you mean Polyphony Digital) that you need to contact, its Sony that you need to talk to.

Is this the only video that has a copyright strike?

Yes, but we all know what it means, GT is a family game, PSN is censored...etc...etc.
Yes, but it has nothing to do with copyright.

The stuff at the end or my logo etc they do not own and nothing of it says Gran Turismo on it. They own the actual video and gameplay. That is what the problem is.

I do mean Polyphony Digital. It's tricky with such a large game as Polyphony Digital is the developer and the publishers are Sony. Not even sure who owns the rights in terms of video game footage for use? I have a few strikes for music early on which was fair, but any recent ones I was able to fight off. It sucks because it takes hours and hours of researching in order to do so. This is the first claim on the actual footage. I think it's because I said "Lexus" in the title. The second I pressed publish the video was already flagged which won't happen unless you wrote a sketchy title (as in you probably don't own what's in the video). That's why my plan now is to ideally talk to someone to get permission to show footage so I don't have to deal with this ever again. Usually they list email addresses in order to talk to their PR department and hopefully they would direct me to the right people, but strangely Polyphony Digital has nothing. I'm really trying to avoid Sony as they are super large and probably won't even respond.

Since PD is a part of Sony the rights belong to Sony

Uhm your using Sony/Polyphony to sell your stuff. Didn't you learn from here?

That. That. And that. But then using others to attempt to sell your wares is a bit of a fuzzy area for you anyway.

And as this isn't a question related to GT6...
