If you don't have success with calling or mailing, try the next option ; Visit them !!
(not PD, but first to get known with the Sony Entertainment crew..)

It's the official Gran Turismo Forum which I spend most of my time there for suggestions and fixes. Just make sure your post are positive 'cause PD occasionally reads our post there and responds on critical issues.

Your wasting your time with PD.. They are to busy back slapping each other and are not bothered about issues regarding gt6. Or take to long to address the basic problems with this semi arcade racer..online servers are pathetic! but there are clearly not bothered or don't even take note of the GT community.. Rip Gt6 and Gt7 won't be getting a look in as not going to purchase anymore crap with PD and sony entertainment's name on it.. It's clearly about money and are not bothered about people's issues with game.. Look at project cars guys.. Prompt fixes with regular updates.. None of this waiting or silence from the developers for months on end. Very poor service with PD and sony and it won't be improved as they think. There is nothing wrong with Gt6
