You don't have to do it all at once. Just click "Back" and then "Submit" a few times periodically. You wouldn't want to strain your clicker finger (:
We could have an all out clicking competition!

"Oh yeah? I got 15,972!"

Eh, the funny part is, it's the end time user that's paying for them.

Every one XP Cd they sell pays for many, many of these. Since the XP CDs cost just as little to make, the 150 CDs he 'stole' he most likely payed for himself.

The circle of life. :)

Exactly what I was trying to say. Just like in the cafeteria the food is overpriced, so I take more salt and napkins than I need.

By taking more salt and napkins than you need, you are costing the cafeteria more money, and thus jacking up the price of your "overpriced" food. Vicious cycle.

Not really, since the prices stay the same.
Only because you're 'stealing' the equivalent of $.5.

If a few million people were to order 200 CDs, and Microsoft actually shipped them, prices would most likely raise on certain products.

Just what I was saying about how Microsoft would raise their prices to make up for the money lost on XP SP2 CD's.

I've got ten, five more on the way. Though I'm justified in my line of work.

The prices may not change this week, but over several months the owner of the cafeteria is going to notice he's paying for more condements than he should and counter for that by raising prices. Are you completely lost on economics, or what?

This sounds like something from office space...

"Right. I’m just talking about fractions of a penny here, but we do it from a much bigger tray. A couple of million times. So what’s wrong with that?"

You lot are ridiculous!

Microsoft are offering this as a free service to people who would have difficulty downloading the update. It's not something that they need to do. Everyone always tries to bash Microsoft in whatever way they can, even if it's ordering a bunch of CDs for no reason. Hell, we didn't all start requesting AOL CDs suddenly did we?

So, for XP SP3, MS are likely to turn round and say "Yeah, it's 250MB, but the last time we tried to help, you ****ed us, so **** you."

Still, I suppose your venture is giving the shipping people a job...

I thought Purolator made oil filters?

Hey, I only ordered two.

One for my household of 7 computers, and one for my youth group of 4 computers. Granted, I could've downloaded it and burned it to a CD, I've always liked the pretty microsoft CDs.
