How to export my ingame Avatar?

Hi Guys!

I've noticed that many of you use your GT5 game avatar as your avatar here in the forum. My question is: how do I export my game avatar image, so I can use it in the 'real world'??

Go on the photo in gt5, press triangle and press "Export to XMB"

then it will be in the photo's tab of your PS3.

insert a USB stick, then copy it onto your PC, upload picture to flickr ect.

that should do it mate.

I just couldn't imagine how to export the damn thing...LOL
Maybe I need to go to 'gt5 procedures school' or something...lol
