One of the clamps has broken on my Logitech G G923, I have found a replacement clamp but I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a better way to fix, other than replacing the clamp.

I have not taken the wheel apart yet, but was thinking maybe about a metal plate in the base and then drill through my wheel stand and bolt through that into the nuts the otherside of the plate inside the wheel?

There are two metal reinforced standard M6 threads in the base by default, you don't need any extra plates. I had my G25 bolted to a rig for more than a decade and the G923 still has those same threads, 100% certain because I also had one for a short while and used the same holes and bolts in the rig.
