How to get matte/chrome chips Fast?

I have a second account saved at 29 cars. Then I buy a car, get a special paint send it to my main and then reload it from my usb. What I did when I got golds and chromes was send it back to my 2nd acct after loading it and saving it with the gold and chromes. So that every time I reload I have gold and chromes to send and the possibility of getting more keeping it at 29 cars.

If you're interested what I could do is send five paints to you on days that I won't have trades, restore my save, then while the paints are in your possession you'll copy your gamesave to a USB stick, send the paints back to me and restore your save. Basically we're both benefiting from it, and it saves time because you can only send five paints per console per day. PM me if you're interested.

Hit the Marketplace. You can get the Matte Black chip by buying the Lexus LFA. Once you've got one of each chip you want, start duplicating like a mofo...

Parker, once you have the chips, make a second account for yourself and do the same thing. I sent all my "special" paint chips, all the chromes, mattes and colour shifts over to my second account, then every day I sent 5 from the second account to the main account then reloaded my save back to the second account and the paints you sent come right back. I've got hundreds of all the cool paint chips that way. Only take a couple of minutes a day once you get it all set up. You can dupe cars too the same way, tickets, horns, anything that is tradable.
