How to get the silver chrome?

you get a random rare paint every 30 cars in your garage. You can obtain a silver chrome paint if someone gift them to you otherwise that how would obtain it.

every 30 cars you get a random special paint but if its not silver chrome, do not hit the ok button, if you do it will save, hold the ps button and quit the game, re open gt5 and a new random special paint comes up, do that untill you get the desired color.

I don't know when I got them exactly but I have two silver chrome paints. I'm thinking about chroming a pickup or the furai thing
