Licencing Centre gold, silver cups, what do they get me?

Licencing Centre gold, silver cups, what do they get me? Are they just practice for corners etc or do i need to complete them to unlock tracks etc?

completing a license gets you a car. Getting all gold in a license gets you an additional, much better car. For example, getting all gold on the S License gets you the Red Bull X2019 Competition, a car that normally costs 3 million credits, and is very useful for various races.
