How to host a remote race when my Bob is always busy?

I've been trying to host races for several hours now and I managed to only get one race in. I only have one driver and he's never available.

I've spent more time just clicking the website repeatedly to see if he's available than I've spent hosting races.

I appreciate other folks racing him for sure, but I'd like to host some races as well.

Since he currently the only driver I've got, when can I make another driver so I can leave him unshared so I can host races without the frustration of trying to regain control of my own character?
 
What you need to do is unshare him for a while... If he's been racing for a while he should be higher level.

Then go to B-spec career mode and run some races to get *YOUR* B-spec rating up... Your higher rating will unlock more Bob slots.

Actually, you earn General B-Spec XP when you do remote races, like an offline B-Spec race.

Yes, but you can earn B-spec faster in career mode from my experience. 👍

I leveled up from L16 to L30 in two days by letting my B-Spec drivers get used by my friends. That's a lot of career grinding. ;)
