How to improve the game very simply!

I'm pretty sure there all kids are the ones who seem to think there accomplished hackers because they can edit a text file or something and also how many times have you had a kid spamming the voice chat or driving backwards...

I propose gt5 starts up blurts out a load of inappropriate language, shows some naked chicks sprawled over cars whilst blasting that porno lobby music, the opening video could just be cars running over little animals and bank job getaway scenes, slap a 18 badge on it and then resume everything as normal and let people who want to play properly play.

I'm obviously having a laugh.. But my stereotyping I don't think is completely unfounded. In the gaming world I'm an old fart now and when I get a chance to blast gt5 it enrages me that a clean lobby gets filled with morons and usually ones who's testies have yet to descend.

Am I completely out of order?
 
Crafty idea (I laughed at the starting screen image), but they'd just acquire the game the same way they acquire GTA; mommy & daddy.
 
True; the sheer number of screechy 12-year olds on the mic on any FPS game is testament to that.
 
How about if you're under 10 years old, you can only drive the Fiat 500 F online. :trouble:
 
Yes because this worked so well with GTA, COD, Battlefield or any other R rated game you care to mention =/

Heck I remember when I was a youngin I went to a store called Harvey Normans and picked up GTA San Andreas all on my lonesome with my christmas money without so much as a question :lol:

To be honest, I have less of a problem with the 12 year olds than I do with drunk 20 year olds who think they own the place...I recently hosted a lobby where several "minors" were present, and a guy (who claimed to be both drunk and high) joined and began the most violent rampage of profanity that I have ever witnessed...you can tell 12 year olds to stop, but you can't tell drunken college dropouts to stop.

Take into consideration that not all 12 year olds are immature. My 13 year old brother and his friends play GT5 and they're very mature about it. Don't label people -_-
 
I'd like to point out that not all 20 year olds who have had a bit too much to drink are always drop outs and that not all 12 year olds are immature (much like you just said)

So.. yeah.

Still too much fun. Daimler Motorwagen 1886 is more like it. Fiats for <12 yr olds. Red Bull is for 21+ yr olds(not that we'd use them lmao) If they're mature they will wait for the 13th bday.


Edit: Just realized ye olde birthday trick, the same trick I used to get a Myspace at 13. Simply lie about your age. :banghead:
 
I've experienced some 30 year olds who are less mature then the 12 year olds on GT5, and once while looking through the forums here, I read of a talented young dude (maybe 12-14 from what I remember) who was giving some experienced gt5ers a fit with his skills, and impressing positively with his maturity level. Stereotyping doesn't always sync with reality.

How about this then DDS (douche detection system) I'm not even American, thanks for the word though.

if your spending like 50% of the lap away from the racing line then you automatically go into ghost mode? My thinking is that if your away from the racing line for so long then your lap is gonna stink anyway therefore why give these guys a chance to blast into the back of someone?

one issue, Alot of drifters will stray from the racing line as it's not always the fast DRIFT line as well as a few tracks that the race line is actually set to a fast but economical line in terms of tires.

That's the most annoying I've witnessed so far :lol:. One guy repeatedly playing the same rap song, through his microphone. I won't even mention the lyrics :p.
