How to lauch

Is it better to lauch with pressing the brake or the handbrake ? And at eitch rpm do you shift

Ebrake seems to release quicker. Shift rpm is car dependant, some like redline and others way before redline, just experiment on route x using a saved ghost, then you'll see if you shifted too late or if an early shift is better.

Use the ebrake try to feather it instead of holding all the way down. Holding all the way down will decrease your reaction time and you will also launch at a slower pace off the line. Practice and get comfortable with the ebrake and last thing set up your buttons to what best fits you to help with reaction time.

Try assigning left and up on the d-pad as e-brake. With your left thumb roll over both buttons it will cancel each other out but still hold on the line without the e-brake light showing..when the other player has ghosted just let go of your thumb. IMO it's far superior than any e-brake/brake setup. Enjoy..

It's not exactly like the 3B, sure launches like one tho .. Dual e-brake is the way to go IMHO.

By the time that is released, those on GT6 will be the only ones to worry about it. The special sauce is too good to be used on such an old game as this.

Very true. But the sausage hack that deploys the special sauce hack is already in the game.
