How to perfect grid start?

Hello,
as I started playing Power Pack, I found that majority of races I lose at the very start.
I make pole position but as the race starts I am immedeately overateken by several cars which I am not able to overtake back then. Especially with 🌶️🌶️ car combined with short 3 lap race. I end 2nd or 3rd again and again.

I tried to Increase TCS and gradual gas pedal, but the best result so far is with TCS1 and full throttle. Anything else I tried was even worse.

Can someone explain me the proper starting procedure to beeat Sophy 3?

If you drive with a manual gearbox, you can try starting on 2nd gear.

In MT I crank up TC, floor the throttle, and has soon as I am in 2nd I lower it to the value I want to use during the race.

Don't know if that was post 1.66 patch but earlier in the week I was watching someone go from first to fourth before the braking zone of turn 1 at Tsukuba with a near perfect launch which simply is not possible in the same car.
