You can't.

Can I just put it on a USB and plug it into my computer?

No. The replay is not a video file. It's a data file of a format that only a certain form of software (GT5) can read and turn into a video.

^^
Famine says beautifully. The only possible solution is to buy a capture card if you want to record and post onto YouTube.

EDIT: Further extension from possible solutions to Desperado.

Cell Phone camera...its not the prettiest solution but it is an option.

Does anyone think that it would be possible to design a program on the PC that can read those files?

I highly doubt it. But If a pro hacker and/or software/program developer was able to create such program, I would be amazed  And PD would look into the matter if it reaches popular status :P

Well, if you jailbroke your ps3 and found the data on The GT5 disc that allowed this it wouldnt be too impossible?

There is a program that can read the replay files. It's called GT5 and it's available on the PS3.

No other program will do.
