Need a bit more info on what you want to do then that. Register them where? for what?

For example.. There is a team called GTSC.. Havent they registered there team somewhere??

There's a team called Real Madrid registered in the Spanish Liga 1 too, but that still doesn't help us understand what "team" you're talking about and where you wish to register it?

I could tell you to contact the English Football Association to register your team, but that's useless if you're trying to register an over-70s amateur lawn-bowling team as it's not related.

What is your team exactly?
Where or what do you wish to register it for?

Answer those two questions clearly and we'll be able to help point you in the right direction. 👍
At the moment we have nothing at all to go on, and might as well point you in the direction of signing up an all-girls Rollerderby team because it's not clear what you want.

If you mean "team" as in putting a tag in front of your name, you don't have to register it anywhere. Just get some guys together and, viola, you have a team. Is that what you mean?
