How to tell where lag is coming from?

When I go to a certain website ( http://www.pwctoday.com/forums.php ) the forums lag really bad on my computer. This is the only site that I frequent that lags on my computer. Is there any way to tell what is taking so long to load when I go to that site?

They probably have really crappy servers that can't handle to traffic they get.
