How to unban account gt6

I was ban from gt6 online Monday, January, 19, 2015 I have no reason why I was ban I'm not using a mod save or something I play normal online. Start talking **** when the occasional s*** talker start something stupid but other then that I don't do anything is there anyway I can unban my account or contact someone about this?
