Can you only race at the Super Special Route 5 in Rally Mode?

i'm not really sure what your question is but you can unlock super special route 5 and 11 wet in arcade mode and race both of them in the rally races

You can unlock 2 wet stages in arcade mode which you can race with any car including your home garage

I can't wait to unlock the wet tracks in arcade mode, I'm one B tracks on arcade mode. I think I have a long way to go.
