hey guys sry about this but i cant figure out how to get my save ghoost replay onto the pm so that i can send it, any help plz and thx. the clock is ticking.

You don't need to submit your ghost replay with your submission. As long as it's saved, you are ok for now. Sphinx may request your replay for verification at a future date:

If a request is made for you to supply a replay, we will contact you via PM and supply you with all the relevant information you need in order to carry out the request.

You don't need to upload a replay unless requested too do so.
Just your time and the splits T1 T2 and final lap time.
