How will I do on the B-Spec Seasonal?

My Bob is at level 22 and I just wanted to know if I would have any chance at all to place first in the B-Spec Seasonal Event at La Sarthe and Spa.
I never tried the seasonal even when it came out because I assumed I would have to chance at even a podium finish.

NSX GT500 racecar and Chapparall 2J, both cars using sport soft tires. No pitting at Spa and pit on lap 7 at La Sarthe.

i've been using 2006 Honda TAKATA DOME NSX '06 from the NCD for spa. havent lost once and started with a lvl 15 bob.. and yes the 2j is an easy win for Le Sarthe
