How you honestly feel if PD were to.....

I had the idea of a movie car pack as DLC since GT3.
But only with realistic specs.

The, Blues Brothers Mobile, Pink Cadilliac, Mustang from "Bullet", the original Batmobile (which exsists in real life, has a Ford V8 iirc), Ford Gran Turino from Starsky & Hutch and so on. 8)

Why not just throw the BTTF DeLorean also. 1.21 Giggawatts, Flux-Capacitor, the Mr. Fusion bits, all that good crap. :lol:

I wouldn't mind some of the more realistic ones.. After all, we have the Tank Car and the Shigeno '86 from GT4... Why not?

Cheers,
Jetboy

I wish the Opel classic cars section had the old "GT". I don't get to drive my 72 the way I would in-game :)
Here is opel:

I had a 69 model of GT. I would also like other European classics like Volvo 1800S, a car Roger Moore used in The Saint TV-series.

I don't care about KITT (never watched the show, even to this day), but the '67 Batmobile would be a hoot.

Now, here's my question: how many here have planted their butts into the real Adam West '67 Batmobile and one of the "Goldfinger" Aston Martin DB5s? Raise your hands . . . .

<my hand is raised, heh-heh>

For extra credit, how many have done that while both were in first run on TV and the theater?

<hand still up>

I had a fun childhood.

Show off:lol: I wish I had your childhood then!👍

sure. Why the heck not. Just as pointless as the Leno Tank Car, etc. There will be people who enjoy them and others that will drive the other hundreds of cars instead. Their inclusion doesn't impede the enjoyment of the game for anyone. I took the Tank Car out for a spin. It was fun for a couple minutes.

Why not go further and include George Barris as a full car manufacturer and have everything he ever made too?

Or maybe Luke's Landspeeder from Star Wars :)

I'd also like Charlie Sheen's Turbo Intercepter from "The Wraith", and the Tumbler from the new Batman films (Complete with ubiquitous and ridiculous tire roar).

PD has been seen taking pictures of the tumbler for modelling purposes lol 👍

If we can get the '53 Vette in GT4 can we get the '55-57 T-bird in GT5.
(I am the 'bird man for a reason)

While we're on great cars: BMW 507, MGB-GT V8, Triumph TR3, TR4, TR6, Jag XK-120, Austin-Healey 3000....
For the Hot Rodders: Duece Coupe (full fendered and hi-boy), ZZ Top Eliminator (34 Ford), Chopped 50 Mercury, '55 Chevy 210 Coupe.

If I gotta wait forever for the effin' game, put some ultra-cool cars in.

include the 1966 ver. Batmobile(Adam West), KITT/3000(without abilities) or The Interceptor/Pursuit Special(Mad Max/Mad Max 2) in GT5 as prize cars.

btw, the awesome tribute to Initial D in GT3 is what got me on this 👍

Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah..............NAH!!

:dunce:

You've got some great taste. I honestly believe that there are several under-represented brands in GT (Alfa, Jaguar, BMW, etc) and I feel that those should be included long before some silly (albeit cool) movie cars.

All cool ideas, but too cheesy. I like the classy approach PD uses. I never liked the nike car or the wooden carriage. I'm glad they dont make a bunch of silly **** in their games. Save it for Ridge Racer

How are the motor carriages silly? Have a bit more respect for motoring heritage. They pioneered the motor vehicle and without them, we wouldn't have what we have to today.

i don't know why I never thought about it, but it would be nice to have a VW based one.... :sly:

but seriously though of course GT is suppose to be a serious sim,but at the sametime would be nice to see a look alike easter egg prize car base based on movie, comic, or tv version.

I would be disappointed at PD. I'm sorry PD, but keep it in the realm of realism. Nobody will see one of those at his local racetrack. If you want to release one via a special event or something like that, fine. But seeing a thousand Batmobiles isn't my idea of "wow".
