Yup, and according to the latest drift trial, there are at least 122,845 people who can drift better than me. Personally, I'd say that number sounds low; there are probably a *LOT* more people than that who can drift better than I can! :D


I've been with Gran Turismo from the beginning. It's been the "killer app" that has been the deciding factor in whether I buy the next generation of console. If GT6 or GT7 comes out on PS4, I'll likely be buying that as well.

Still playing but dissapointed

- Online lag
- Time to connect to online (waste of time)
- Repeatedly disconnected from server in the middle of a race.
- Loadings get stuck
- Have to reboot the game and the ps3 several times.

I rarely have those problems, and they're all related to online. So are you sure it's not just...your...internet?

I know many people have these problems, but blaming PD for something which isn't entirely their fault.
It's like buying a Bugatti Veyron and running it on cheap Supermarket gas - you aren't getting the full potential, and really you're missing out.
I'm not having a go at you, so please take no offence, I'm just saying it may not be PD's fault since all those bugs are internet related, and some people run on really slow speeds.
 
My DF-GT makes sure I'll always want to play. The wheel is so perfect with this game. Even if I completed every single thing in the game (which isn't likely any time soon), I'd still just do laps, watch for new seasonals, take photos and tweak different cars just for fun. Over 1100 cars to mess with will probably mean I won't stop playing until GT6.

Well, I'm having these problems too and my internet is not that bad. (10Mbps). In the beginning I used to play with 1Mbps without any problems. Looks like 2.02 was an awesome update feature-wise, but it broke online play for some of us.

I don't think I'll ever quit playing GT... I've been playing GT since the first GT was released in 96 or 97. The game itself has evolved with this generation of gaming and I'm excited to see where PD will go from here.
