Hows my Driving???

Sometimes you turn in too fast and sometimes you go too fast through some of the corners.
 
If that's what online races are like, I will NEVER race online. How ridiculous (not your driving, I mean the other cars all having epileptic fits).

I think that is what we call "lag". This is one off the reasons I don't play online that much. Even if we have private rooms, the slow internet connections from some hosts will remain a problem (I think).

he was racing the beginners events. if you race the expert events it's better if there aren't drity drivers.
 
Thanks for the words of advise, I'm not all tech and tuner pro so i stick to the easy races, I know you guys in the pro events and I wouldn't want to mess any races up... but I try to have some fun too and see if I can log on with a friend or two here and there...

about the lag, that was in June, not really that Laggy all the time... I probably had another comp in the house online... would the new fiber optic deals they have on qwest be good for gaming??? even though its pretty good most of the time...

I think my problem is not being constant with my racing, Ill play a little then not touch it for weeks or more....

Cant wait for voice chat to get pointers from the pros, and private rooms to be in races 100% of the time with buddies...

All I can say is get the hell out of the beginner events man. Its 20x more fun playing at Pro level, it might take some time to get used to the Pro physics, but its worth it just for some better online racing.
Don't worry about being too slow or getting in the way or anything like that, not everyone in the Pro events are the fastest people out there.

I remember when I first tried the online and the beginner events were horrible, it made me want to get to S-class that much faster so I could race the Pro events and hopefully avoid such destruction derbies. Although they still happen occasionally on the pro events (usually at the first corner only), its no where near as bad as that.
