HP difference on 0/0/0 cars?

I just noticed going through my garage that I have 2 identical cars with a difference of 16hp. The car is the Buick special. Both are 0/0/0. One has 560hp and the other 576. Not sure exactly but, I believe I won 1 and got the other at the ocd. Just curious if anybody else has had a similar occurrence with this or any other cars. :confused:
 
Yes, the OCD cars come with oil change or something. (EDIT: well not oil change, I can change the oil on my OCD Sauber and get 1000 hp)

My original 0/0 Sauber had ~ 900 hp. My OCD one has ~950. I'd guess the Sauber from this OCD would also have ~950, but it wouldn't hurt to check.

0/0/0 cars requires you to drive it a certain mile to break it in.

Maybe just an added bit of hp to ocd cars similar to 3x's prizes and exp for seasonals? Never paid any attention before.

even if it says 0/0/0 for an ocd car, it is treated as fully broken in.
