This is a cool site. They've essentially been doing a google cache system since 1996 except that they don't update - rather they just keep adding to it.

You can search for any site and it will give you a list of every time they've cached it. For example, gtplanet.net (:

One of the ones I searched was Hotmail. I actually remember the site as it was in their first cached link. That's about the time I signed up for Hotmail. Searches for bigger sites that change more often give you a crapload of results, like Yahoo.

I love the wayback machine. But I am always surprised; the internet hasn't changed as much as I would think since 1997/98.

Well, the appearance of sites from back then have definitely improved. There's a more "user-friendly" look to most of them. Web designers and their tools have improved a great deal.

Cool. Thanks to this I'm finding out that F1 cars might be on GT3! I'm at the old, old, old GTplanet.net.:D

Heh, I used this site to read SportWagon's GeoCities page! :) I had to do this as GeoCities is now closed :( (I shoot SportWagon some alerts about this)

*calls SportWagon :sly:*

I knew about this two or three years ago so I could get some files that were long gone since the website owners were gone.

@Buickgnx88: I agree completely.:lol:
