It's actually just www.be.tf (a domain extension for the French Southern Teirritories), which is a free URL redirection service that opens a frame to the actual webpage, hosted by Homestead.

That's because the .tf extension is reserved for the French Southern Territories. The Dutch aren't involved. Read my earlier post for more explanation...
