Make a car with the best handling. Best controlled and best handling car wins!

-----Rules:-----
Car must have at least 2,000 hp
No f1 chassis
No hp multiplyer
Wheel base must fit body
Car must not oversteer or understeer when accelerator is jammed in corners
Car must also have good control, you don't "learn" how to drive it
No Super Downforce
All entries must be in by 8-10-03
