Nope. A .GME file and Dex drive are for GT2. This new hybrid program is used to open GT3 game save files which U transfer to your PC with a sharkport. The program is used to do the hybriding, like engine swaps, body swaps, add a lot of horse power, ect... Then U can also export a car to an .ini file which U can edit in a text editor like note pad to add down force or tire grip and other things. Once finished U import your new car back into the program, write your new save, and transfer it back to your mem card with the sharkport.
