Wow this whole thread is getting crazy now that we can hybridize. I wanna give this a go, so any special request before I try my hand on something. I need specifics, dont ask " hey can I have something with XXXhp and and no wing"

How about a GT-R '07 with an engine from the Calsonic GT500 GT-R in the premium dealership, with a chassis from the R35 TC. Add an extra 100HP to it.
Is that possible?
 
Like I said I am trying things out so if you want more power I'll let you do that. I am just going to try my hand in this. Lets see if it works

EDIT: cant seem to find the chassis, will try another

EDIT2: Tried twice, didnt work either time. Going to bed will try again some other time

I don't know what chassis fits...

I don't have any other hybrids to trade, and my PS3 crashes when i do the borrow glitch...

so I can send an unhybrided Evo which someone can hybrid for me and then send me back...

I have a various collection of paints, museum cards, helmets etc etc...

The best way to get power would be to use an engine with an extra hundred horsepower. I would use the Black Edition engine with the TC chassis and GTR 07 body.. To be quite honest as far as horsepower goes you can still only give the turbos "full boost" so the horsepower will probably exceed that extra 100 you were looking for. Nevertheless this would be an easy build but I am at work.

As a side note you can get more horsepower out of race car engines so your combination may work. I noticed when putting a 787B engine in my '90 RX7 that you can still add all the RX7 upgrades (engine 1,2,3 , ecu, exhaust, etc.) to an engine you usually can't. This naturally boosted the 787B motor to about 1500HP .. I will try YOUR combination and let you know the results. 👍
 
I did hybrid my own cars almost a week ago. I really appreciate the R10 V12 Turbodiesel engine, which I slammed into my 2003 Pajero's body. It's far better than the Pajero's turbo equipped original 6G74 V6 engine, which sounds terrible for a rugged offroad car and only suited for higher RPMs to have a decent power. Meanwhile, the Audi V12 TD powerplant never failed the lightened 1496kg heavy Pajero to climb the steep uphill of the reversed EN K Trail (dirt track) at 6th gear, running only at 800rpm and it continues to punch all the way up to the turning point. That's how I felt the torque of the large turbodiesel power plant, LOL. Just happy with my darn car.

I would like to but the problem is, I'm not going online in GT5 because my game is v2.11, not the latest and the game would bother me updating it, too. Also, I'm not sure what will happen to the car once I give/lend it to you, although I can do it. Just give me time. You will also need your GT5 to be v2.11 for those hybrids to work.

About the performance of the car, don't expect it to be faster than the donor one, the Audi R10 TDI Race Car, because the power-to-weight ratio gap of the two is still far from each other. The stock TDI R10 has 650HP and weighs about 925kg while my TDI Pajero has about 850 horses only equipped with low RPM Turbo but weighs heavier, 1496kg and that's with WR3, but when compared to stock cars like Ferrari 330 P4 or Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo, it's slightly faster now. Before, I can barely catch up with those two cars when it was in it's original turbo V6 engine (532HP). Also, the sound is, of course, from the R10. It sounds way deeper compared to before.

If you will ask why I didn't make the car more than 1000HP is because the only thing I wanted to do with that car is simply make it more faster than when it was fully stock tuned. I picked the R10 TDI engine because the powerplant offers a lot of torque at low RPMs and the deep engine sound fits the car. I can say that it's the only powerful diesel rally car, unless the others would do it to other rally cars. You can PM me more about it. HTH!
 
^Nope, you can make "them" work on 2.14 :) I have just rebuilt my old cars - Devil Z and Legendary FC, going to post a new one at showcase thread, and it's on share too :D

Yes. Actually, it will work but I doubt it will when trading HYBRID cars to GT5 with the 2.14 update. It might revert back to it's normal state. Then it will only work once the save is edited with another sort of editor that uses text codes, which is kind of complicated and confusing.

Is sent my 2nd account a 300,000 BHP ford gt and the bhp stayed so i think u can send cars on 2.14 but just back ur save up, send him the car & then revert back to old save so you both now have one. Go :gtplanet:

This is done, though the horsepower is at 851 not broke in.. Also I used a Le Mans chassis instead (I know a nice one that fits GTR's perfect) which gave it that wide stance but also reduced the weight to around 700kg after weight reduction. If you can borrow glitch it you can have it, if not you will have to wait a day or so before I can send.

All I want to say is ZDUPH has been very busy, Thank you very much for your efforts at remaking hybrids and continuing my love of the game
 
I have hybrided every car in the game alphabetically ( by manufacturer ) down to honda. I will do the rest in the next few days but i was going to post HP results here by the most requested cars every day. So just post here asking for car HP.

Note : i will Not disclose how any of these cars came about. I may trade cars for slammed / wingless cars. cheers

@tommo yep i sure did :) most cars only get 200-500 extra hp and you need to add weight reduction and LSd to get it to 2000-8000hp but they are racecars so they cant have either so they only a little bit more powerful.
