Those ini files of Mk Hybrids would be Scary to someone that doesn't recognize the program, (rudeboi2003) How do you plan to Hybrid? Gameshark-Action Replay-Mk's or???

Oh Ok! You'll be just fine then, Don't make them to powerful, Try and stay under 2000HP, I Stay under 1200! Concentrate on The Downforce and Grip Settings, Those will make drastic Handeling and Stopping power in the game, Not to much Grip though! That would make the game Jump to much and appear erratic at times, Also Change the suspension to that of a F1 Car, Seems to work pretty good for me.

There is no such thing as grip settings, that is a spring rate modifier. Don't adjust those lines, they will not help your grip any, but will make your car vibrate.
