this is very true, thanks for mentioning this. thats why on the straight i could keep up with it in the begining because the S7 couldn't pound the throttle or else it would just get wheel spin and go nowhere. it slowly gains the speed, but it has to brake really early and take the corners carefully.

That Saleen maybe is a bit slow, but it isn't about the speed that impresses most people, it's just that pas and how you can keep control, RIGHT BEHIND IT (at least I would bumb into it:)) It's JUST a >>>great<<< GREAT vid.:D
 
NIce vid... I would get the high res except the music... needs something better... much better... I had to mute it :indiff:

Impressive control over the vehicle though. I did the same race with a Suzuki Cappuccino ;) barely won, and had to use a bit more grip than that... but fun race...
 
links still work. it's an alright video with a clever pass at the end. i like the recovery from the spin too, thanks saleen :D

it drags on a little. if i was editing it, then i would have done trackside view, then rear saleen view for the middle drift highlight, then silvia roof view for the pass, with a slo mo trackside replay at the end
 
that was truely awesome.

great job on the pass.

btw, i loved the view from the rear of the saleen showing the silvia swinging back and forth on the turns :)
