Hydro's Drag Competition
What is This?
This is a competition ran by team Hydro (is open to everyone) and is open to the GTP community and others. We used to do something similiar where we will post a car group, HP, and weight limits. We used to do this but I am bringing this back. This is a fun tournament style online racing fun. So why not join?What is This?
Rules
1) Car must meet the "theme" (like hatchbacks, wagons, trucks, muscle cars, 80's JDM, etc.)2) Car can not exceed the HP limit. Has to be posted under the limit. And no power limiting less than 5%. So has to have at least 95% power.
3) Car must be over weight minimum. Ballast is allowed.
4) Tell me in advance if you can not make the comp.
5) Don't discourage anyone. This comp is just for fun and everyone does not have the same tuning ability. So if you are new to drag tuning then don't worry about it. We are always willing to help and will not put you down for it either.
6) Have fun!
Race Day setup
We will meet in a lobby at the scheduled time. The host will be posted 24 hours before the lobby is open. Once we have everyone and decide to start we will start the tournament. The tournament will be a two and out tournament with a winners and losers bracket. Brackets will be posted before the comp so you know who you are going against. All rounds will be set randomely for the first round. Once we start comp everybody will line up on the wall to the right of the drag strip at indy at the start. We will have one person ghosting and someone watching finish.During The Comp
1) We will call out the races one at a time.2) Line up and wait for ghost
3) Go on ghost and the judge at the end says who wins. (He can call a re run)
4) It will be best 2 out of 3

what exactly meets the "modern" category year wise? like is for instance... 1996 modern or ???
