Hi, I accidentally disabled my Window Firewall, i saw the pop-up message on the toolbar, within 20-30 secs, i enabled it.Right now, I am scanning with an anti-virus software. Am i Safe?.
Unless you browsed or downloaded anywhere/anything dodgy within those 20-30 seconds you should be safe. Best to do the scan still just in case anything did get through regardless of whether it's up or down.
Well according to AVG, There are no threats as from now. I remembered when i disabled it, my internet browser was open but i didn't browse on that time.So i guess i am safe and my router has firewall.
