Hi guys, just want to show off: I build cheap and good working tyre temp indicators for my rig, using an old laptop that runs simhub and a bunch of usb soundcards und vu-meters aka audio Level indicators as displayed. Alles together it's about €20 and in can be configured to show alot of different telemetry data.

Is s/o interested in this stuff? I could write a short guide how to set it up. Also there are more cheap possibilities to improve on you setup using simhub and 3d printed stuff

Hi! As you are posting this in the GT7 part of the forum: Aren't tyre temperatures relatively unimportant in 99% of the game? Other, more "simmy" sims do depend more on the temps, right?

Yes, but some YTbers made a video about tire temps on one of the only Dailies where it made some difference. Now GT community got super obsessed with temps.

In this mt. Pandora race I realized before that my breaking points don't fit anymore from lap three or four on. Even though there is barely any tyre wear. I'm pretty sure that's due to the front right overheating.
In current willow springs race the tyres are also cooking but it don't feel so much problems. Could be related to the lack of hard braking points though.

Can you tell witch tuber? I'd like to see it.

I hope that the Power Pack mode continues becomes increasingly more simulation focused. Tire temps should be of huge importance during qualifying and endurance races.

This is a really cool creation by the OP. Hopefully Kaz adds tire temps to the game soon.
