Isn't it 76 cars or something like that, that you won't be able to send?

There are still over 900 that you will be able to.

Its 94 + 2 (both non-priced X2010s).

~8% of all the cars in the game

lol I smell a closed thread

Before 1.07=Everyone's happy
After 1.07=Rage fest 2011

My advice, it's a game.. not real life.
If you find this 1.07 patch unfair.. lol you need to get out more.

Hey dude, mods don't like IBTL-type posts. They'll do harsh things... like ban you for two days. Just a heads up.

Still. Someone who has 243 trades and 34 2-tone Bugatti's lecturing others that it's a driving game and not a trading game...
👍

Most of these so called "Driving Game" advocates have dark, untold stories behind them!!:scared:

There are enough people stupid enough to waste time/resources to try suing. The only thing that might come of it - is the EULAs will be forced to be read out-loud during game installation =)

That alone would be worth a lawsuit. EULAs are sheer horror, listening to a slow-speaking synthesized voice reading one would be even worse.

In England it's actually illegal to take features away from something. Sony was sued when they took away the "other OS" feature from the PS3s.

Not really.

The PS3 is a hardware which you own. The game is a software to which you have no rights other than a licence to use it.

Being a licensee your rights are outlined in their entirety in the user agreement. That apart the owner of the game (Sony) can do whatever they like with their own intellectual property.

Going my PD's past performance GT6 will be out in what, 10 years? By then you will have enough millions of credits to own every car in the game in every frigging color. It's an auto racing game, not a race to own every car in the least amount of time.

Proof that the suit was upheld please? You don't have any I presume.
Please don't tarnish the image of the English.
I thank you.

I see someone has earned their law degree by watching late-night re-runs of "Law & Order" again ...
We paid for the game and all of it's parts including the trading. I really don't think they can do this to us.
You did not pay for "trading". You paid for "gifting", the ability to send one of your cars to someone else. There was never anything in the game that guaranteed that you would receive a car in return, nor was there anything within the game designed to facilitate trading. Trading emerged quite separately to the game. I think you're just grasping at straws to try and get a change you don't like reversed.

how to sue?
You can't sue them for removing trading. Why not? Because of this:
can't find any word trade or trading in the game content.
It would be like me trying to sue one of my university lecturers for not teaching me something that wasn't a part of the course content. You'd be laughed out of the courthouse if you tried to sue Polyphony for it.

We don't own the software, we only paid for a license to use it and the media on which it the software is stored.

HAHAHAHA This made my PP drop so far hahahahaha

Correct. But then, again, unlike America, our incompetent justice system will probably penalise PD for no more than £39.99!!

Frivolous thread.

Case dismissed.
