I can't change my avatar...

Glad I went looking for this, I wondered why we can't either, and search is disabled atm which made it a bit tricky.

Uploads are disabled - I use offsite avatar linking to my FTP, didn't think they were all uploaded and stored... actually my FTP is down atm but my avatar remains so that makes sense.

Anyone know how long a wait we're in for before search comes online, along with uploads? It's stupid trying to tell new members to search if the search system's out, did the database finish building?

Yes, when you enter a URL in the form, the server actually downloads the file from that location and stores it locally.

Search came back online a few minutes ago, attachments should be up sometime tomorrow.
