i can't delete my own posts.

hehe. as soon as i hit 200 i'm going to my universal avatar.

i said something in a thread, but it was useless because 2 people snuck in before i could post.

I've already asked Jordan about this. He doesn't want it, because some people might purposely cause confusion in a thread by deleting their post. My suggestion: Click Edit, delete whatever you wrote, then put [Edit]: Unecessary Post or sometin' like that. ;)

I try to help you, then you "post a degrading, harsh, or downright stupid comment". You should appreciate the fact that not only was I answering your question, (in a friendly manner I might add), but I was trying to help you get along with the problem, and then you reply in three words that I'm inferior and just overall showing your own ignorance. Shame on you.

I liked your idea youth. The "edit" idea works fine I think.;) But, apparently, everyone has the ability to delete their own posts.........?

Thanks. :)
I was wondering myself why it gives the option to everyone to delete their own posts, but then it obviously won't go through, being that it's an administrative action here at GTP...

No, only moderators and administrators can and will be the only ones able to delete posts.

But how come when us lowlies click on the edit link, the option to delete posts shows up? Since we can't delete them anyway, wouldn't it make sense if it only showed up for admins and you?

Yes, that would make more sense, but it shows up for everyone.

Are you aware of this Jordan?
Yep, that was for the award nominations. But, nobody followed the rules anyway, so it was really just a waste of time.
