i cant use my gt3 licences on any of my two memory cards

i am playing currently both gt3 pal (aspec) and gt4 and want to import my licenses through HOME/GAME STATUS by pressing START button. However it is informed that i have no gt3 save in any of the inserted memory cards, which contain my gt3 saves.
I come back to gt3 and everything is ok (550,000 cr, b, a and ib licencses, tens of cars,etc).
what may be happenning?

If you are using the PAL version, y cannot transfer the licenses from the GT3 save, you need GT4 Prologue. If you are using NTSC version, the only advice i can give to you is the following:
Load your GT3 saved game, go to the file operation menu, delete the file and save agian. Try again
 
thanks for the reply. i am unfortunate, as i have a gt3 pal and a gt4 ntsc, so they are water and oil, aren´t they? let´s go back to those terrible license tests again. may god help me!!
 
the licence tests are easy to bronze if you stick to the line and drive properly. i have all licences bronzed and the B licence silvered
