I think it depends on who's decision it is. If it's Sony, they will probably charge for it. If it's PD, I'd wager that they won't.

basically what he said is, "ruiz is the man, and his imagination might help him win, even w/ a serious handicap. and that he's going to back up ruiz if anyone talks smack... and thats like almost everyone who daily browse these message boards:odd:
 
Hey long time no chat well i did my best on the track. I hope i did good enough i tried the track first with the nsx type r to get a feel for the course and got 1:15 sec. with drifting in it as for the ruf rgt well that car is a handful but so far i've got my time 1:09 sec which is not good enough. right now i have 11:15 pm NY time.

i'm gonna keep going till midnight and realease my final time laps

you must have great skill with the rgt on this course hope i did good enough so far
 
so ruiz when r you gonna send me your info... i have neons... at lest his time... i still need sector info... from both of you and your lap times
 
OK, I sent in my sector times to you this morning.
 
still no news from ruiz... maybe i will see if i can get close to your times later... not as a comp of course...
