I don't like the F090 and I don't care who agrees.

all f1 are not that great... they do what they were engineered to do but i think it would have been more interesting if crap could happen to your f1... like if the bottom hits the ground under cornerlaods or deflated tires... you skid... bla bla. .. but because none of this exists... f1's are boring...

That is correct, you really shouldn't be talking about grammer and crap. ;)

By the way, I edited funest to most enjoyable just for you. :)

I'm sure that Klos could find more mistakes is both of our posts. the AUP, however, does state that starting sentences with capital letters and using correct pronunciation and spelling is looked upon favorably so I thank you for pointing out my spelling mistake.

And yes, to get back on topic, the F090/s, as I stated before, is a nice little cart, and with the proper oil change, and driving technique, can do very well in a lot of races.

Nah, probably not. :D

Back on topic-- the F090/S is the only F1 car I've owned. It drives like a dream, and if it is the worst F1 I can't wait to try out the other carts.

Beasterd!

Love the new theme, by the way.

Yep, is there any other? ;)

Milefile,

I think I just figured it out, you didn't do so well with the F090/s so it must be the cars fault, it's cool though. :)

You actually could argue that GT3 would be better without the F1 cars, because they didn't put enough limitations on the races. If they had HP limits and other limits (which obviously they should), then they could have jet-powered cars and maybe a YZF-R1 and some Ducati's, but as it is, it's a little silly being able to run the F094/S in the Sunday Cup.

Key word, Able.

If someone wants the easy way out, let them take it. Clearly you don't want to run the F1 in sunday cup, so why do it? No ones forcing you, your not playing against them in the sunday cup so its not unfair.

Thanks, but you were supposed to correct me for not using a question mark!

I think it's fun beating up on everyone in the Sunday Cup with an F1. But only after I have beat the races before.

Nah, I'm not that anal? :D

Milefile,

I apologize that your thread about hating the F090/s has detoured into a little English lesson. Please accept my apology?

Heh, I doubt he cares. But if he does, well then, too bad.

Thread hijacking is a way of life for me. I can only hope he returns the favor if I create a thread in the near future.

I suppose you are true to your post because you're jumping on those who disagree. A man of your word. Good for you.

You're an idiot too. You can't tell what irritated me abou that post? It was not what he said about the car.

Just because I can do whatever I want doesn't mean there shouldn't be restrictions. Getting 100% is much less of an accomplishment when basically anybody who can finish the S License and TT10 can get 100% given enough time.

Well, it is just a video game. It isn't some crowning moment in your life when you fully complete a video game.

At least it isn't for me.

I did fine in it. I just didn't enjoy it like I do in the other F1's. Yes. I know it's cool.

You still don't get it do you?

I'm blown away by all the people here who talk **** about people's skill in the game. There's a surefire way to settle it. But talk is easier, right? Fine. Keep talking. I'll be racing.

So anyways, are these clown shoes ever going to race you? One F090/s versus another. Sounds like a great idea don't you think? Would you like me to organize something?

;)

I'd prefer they do it themselves. Their criticism doesn't affect me and people I've raced know I'm compteitive. I don't have anything to prove because of them. But what the hell. Why not.

Well, we'll let them come forward and put something together then. ;) Just make sure they have a shark port or some other means of validating their times.

I don't even have a sharkport. Nor will I be getting one. Photos work for me.

Over the weekend I did a little side by side comparison of the F909 and F687 on Cote. On that course the F090 is clearly superior, it probably would be on Rt 11, too. But on courses like Laguna and Apricot Hill I'd rather be in the F687.

So I have to lighten my stance on the F090 some. I like for certain things.

I agree with you this time, Milefile. Laguna seems to be built with horsepower in mind. On a long, twisty course, however, I've always done better with a V-10 car.

The F090/S would get it's a** handed to it on courses like Tokyo, Rome, Apricot Hill & of course, the Test Course too. Assuming that they had equal drivers. But the AI just sucks & can be beaten in any one of the F-1 cars.

*I know that a few people are probably going to tear into me for that one.
IRL, such a car DOES exist. It's called a Formula V, based on VW engines, and there are also Formula Ford cars, with the old 2.0 Litre I4 engines.
I don't know if there is still a series for these cars. But, in my youth, this used to be the starting ground for racers going on to F1.
