Maybe he simply never felt compelled to complete them all. Not everyone finds the license tests enjoyable or entertaining. He may also not have known that you get a truck for that, since the game doesn't tell you that.

Anyway, If you had a master standard dealership, then there would be no reason to ever become good with one certain car, as you would only need to scroll down to find another:tdown:

Unfortunately, that's the case in our country. Even then, we only have 80km of paved road, no race tracks, and an average speed of 30km/h:banghead:

Whoa, easy there!:sly: I got my license in Ontario at 16 and it's (normally) pretty civilized here!:lol:

But yeah, I think they should bring back the feature where you have to have a certain number of posts before you can start creating threads. That would solve many problems.
