I've had that pop-up on occasion as well. WHat I believe it relates to is a simple hiccup between teh GTP server and your computer. GTP server looks for a cookie placed on your machine and sometimes doesn't pick it up.

A usual refresh or logging out & in cures it for me.

If you click the link to go to the last post in a forum (particularly the Online Racing forum), you may not have access to the forum that contains the most recent post. Also, you could be clicking to go to a thread (or refreshing, or replying to) a thread that has just been moved to an area that you can't access, like the Recycle Bin.

I would expect this to be happening most often when trying to enter the Online Racing area though, as there are a number of sub-forums within that area that are not open to all.

Giles is correct, you are most likely trying to view a thread in one of those areas.

I was trying to view the Music forum. And besides, I can view all of the sub-forums in the Online Racing forum.

Did you just click the forum link or were you trying to access a specific thread in the forum (like the recent post in that forum link)?

Well, it may have been moved to the Recycle Bin. But if that was the case it should only be a very rare problem. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it begins to happen on a very regular basis. You might want to try logging out and clearing your cookies just to make sure nothing has become corrupted or anything.

Of course you think you can see all the sub-forums in the Online Racing forum. However, the ones you can't see are hidden from you, so you won't see them!
