I got a little Question here

Ok there is a brush option in photoshop that is the "Transparent Red spray paint" <Like shown in the picture> My question is ..Can we change the red to an other color cuz that tool goes super well to change the color of car ..

Change your foreground colour from red to blue or green or whatever turns you on.
