I cant believe i missed out on so much!! I knew GT3 was cool but i just never found the time to rent it. I couldnt find any of my favorite games to rent and I thought "nah GT3 couldnt be in(only one in stock)" There it was in all its glory!!I already bought GT2 just days before thinking GT3 would be the same with newer cars and better graphics...It was all that and more. after two days of having it rented i went out to Kmart and bought it just 3 days ago!!!for only 15.99!!:D :D :D :D im already 19.5% complete!!!!!I cant get enough of GT!! THough i havent seen anything newer than GT3 in stores around here....what about that GT tokyo concept thing?I cant wait to play GT4 when it comes out (its not out yet is it?!, i havent had time to get on GTP because of browser complications)
 
GT Concept 2002: Tokyo-Geneva is PAL only. GT Concept 2001: Tokyo is Japanese NTSC only.

GT4 isn't out yet. Hell has yet to freeze over.
 
Anywhere in the world that isn't North America or East Asia.

PAL and NTSC are television standards. There's been many threads on this. MANY.

Wow, three years without GT3? That would suck for me. I had to get GT3 the day it was released.

So, what do you like about it so far? Need any help with anything?
 
hahah the same was for me I coulnd get enough of it at the first glance...but then I got so bored at it,I didnt play it for months....now Im in love with it again...it keeps going on like that for me..:lol: :rolleyes:
 
I only got GT3 for Xmas :'( . And I only got it to tide me over till GT4. Mind you, I was borrowing Gt:Concept Tokyo-geneva off 911_Carrera.

Sorry for double post, but from Gamespot they said that the release date was expected to be somewhere around the fall season.
 
The next step iz to buy a steering wheel w/ pedals... :D Welcome.. once u get used to a wheel, u'll never want to go back.. well... sometimes...

I bought GT3 last September and by Christmas we were over 70%.
Our aim was to complete it before GT4 came out, which we thought would be in February. But GT4 isn't out yet, and I'm on 95.6%. The last few % are slowly falling. I'm driving the Toyota GTOne Road Car in Polyphony Digital Cup at the moment but I've only done 2 endurance races yet.
 
I've had the game since its came out and just never got around to dooing the last few endurance races..... If there;'s one thing i'd wish they'd change, it'd be making the AI push their cars a lot harder... in Arcade Pro mode, i used a stock MR2 GTS and blew the game away, i did doughnuts for about 10 seconds and then took off and still won. Also.. i have so much money and cars i can get any part or car i want.. they should make it harder to make money and put stricker regulations and restricitions on different race. But from what i've heard, gt4 will be easier.

Well, I'm going to be able to finish that 2nd game of GT3 after all. And Auto Modelista, Midight Club...and maybe a 7th game of GT2.
 
i just finnished the 2 hour endurance race on trial mountain w/ a stock r32 skyline... it wuz fun for a while... but the AI wasnt competitive enough as usuall... the 2nd place car wuz 3 laps behind me by the end of the race... lap 74 i think....

Why don't you rely less on tuner parts and tires to even up your car with the AI cars. I doubt the AI are that dumb, correct me if I"m wrong, but the reason you win is b/c you over power them with HP and super soft tires. IMO I don't get much satisfaction from smoking the AI cars, I prefer downgrading my parts so that I'm the underdog. Anything too easy isn't rewarding, is it?

Lol did u read what he said? he said he used a STOCK mr2, and at pro the comp usually uses faster cars then you.
