Well i think the Bobs can only do a certain amount of races before they get to old, but that doesnt seem to have anything to do with the level, just with the experience/career bar.

Lets say bobs have 500 races before the career bar is full.
If you do American Indy grind all day long you fill up your career bar quicker then you would do with 24h races, because you get more xp/race than with indy grind.

My Bobs are 37/37/36/35/35/36 and the career bars arent even half full.
I think i can lvl them up to 40 without any concern.

I'm guessing each Bob can do 200 races before they need to retire. If you do only the short races they will never get enough experience points to get to level 40 before their 200 races are done.

You should be able to get them to level 40 in a few endurance races. and then still be able to use them for a while after until their 200 races are done.

OK but seriously! who gives an big F about Bobs after finishing B-Spec mode. This is killing me, my ps3 is running all days long now and I'm in 37 level, and now i have to complete La-Sathre twice to grind 4.624,470 exp points!!! But this is not what pisses me off. To grind into next 39 level there is 5.919,322 thats three days, and into 40 level 7.576,732 thats 4 days so 4 + 3 + 2 more than a week!!!! Thats sick, why?

...
Age 30 or so, we buy something cool (Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, Jaguar, etc.) and maybe take it to the track and know how to drive well. Bob does about the same.
...

Hmm, I'm afraid I'm going to miss this mark by a few thousand euros.

Most people I know who drive something like this are in their 40s-50s and experiencing that 'second youth'. (don't tell them I said that :) )

There seems to be a lot of confusion around the bob's "career"-, "class"-, and "level"-bars.

White career bar full - he retires/gets old
Class - how good he is
Level - how much XP he has

Class and level is not the same

the EXPERIENCE bar, needed for "The Air Of Experience" trophy, fills with in-game days in b-spec, it takes around 500 races (500 in game days) to your driver to fill that bar and get the trophy...

so like the one who started that thread, if he grinded Indy like crazy for 2 weeks, he had probably finished that many races... and that's how he got the trophy... it is not about XP Bob earns by winning a race, it is the number of races Bob finishes.

So my bob has done 200 races. Since update 1.05 to complete 500 'days' do i need to keep reloading races or can i just keep re-starting them after they complete? 💡

I concur, I have only used one Bob - he has just reached level 40 and the career bar is approx half full after 244 races... so 500 looks right. Maybe I need to start running shorter races rather than the quick earners so I finish neat and tidy at the Nurburgring ? You grind for XP, then you grind for a trophy... :grumpy::grumpy:

My Bob is at level 40 and I have not done b-spec since I reached level 35. I will go check on Bob next time I play. I may have to send him to a retirement home if his stats have declined.

to be Honest thats not how I would / am doing it to get up to Level 40

I've thought of a Alternative idea .

I'm using a X2010 which has well over 12,000 miles on it and just using a Different Bob each time in the Dream Championship which earns just over 1 million cr in just over 1 hour .

Because its a lower level Race the Experience Bar doesn't seem to fill up as quickly .

So now the Game is working for me i earn a Decent Cr the Bob's win Easy races and slowly the XP Rises i'm almost at Level 38 .

Even Better i get to buy some Great New Cars with all the Cr they earn

If there Career Bars fill Up before Level 40 Tough , i'll just Retire them and get Replacememnts .

I have a Bob called K Yamauchi, I think I'll leave him as soon as I reach level 40, I like the novelty.

Mine is 38, still my first ever b-spec driver, and he has lost alot of skill, and pyshical and menatl strength, and yet he still manages ro get alot of b-spec wins, thanks to GTp-Abraxas(legend).
