Congratulations keef.

Just avoid waiting around 6 months to actually start attending a college class like I did.

I'll be starting the 2nd year this fall at a real college soon, thanks to major extra-credit at a Community College here.

All you younger guys should enjoy school while you can. I wasn't big into joinging clubs or playing sports, and didn't really have a huge group of close friends throughout my 12 years. I only got close to a few of them this last senior year of high school. Most of my friends are from other schools and cities. I guess I missed out on a lot, but I don't really regret it, because I have other stuf to do that I like. But you all should do what you can in school--it's good for you, like apples. In fact, I just went to a few grad parties today. Good times, man, good times.

Right now I don't feel any different than when school let out for summer break, but that'll change once I start my job in 2 weeks. I'll feel really weird going to college in September. I wasn't erally digging the idea of leaving home--I don't really feel old enough, though I guess I am--so I chose not to go to a university. I think I'm better off at home until I get more situated and actually get my own bank account. See, maybe I'm not ready to go out on my own.

I'm class of 2006 also.

Out of 8th grade anyways. Last 4 weeks went so fast. Dreading a speech and constitution test. After that, just a lot of waiting. Got out last Friday. Graduate this Tuesday.

Damn, keef, that's almost me to a T. Except for the college thing. I don't know for certain what I'm going to do.
(And yes, us Canadians have late grads. Mine's on the 15th. I believe everybody in BC has theirs within about 5 days either way of that).

I graduate on June 10th, and am planning on being hung-over until June 12th. I still can't quite wrap my head around the thought of never having to go to school again :).

That's probably a weird feeling. Unless I was working right when I ended college I'd feel sort of misplaced without having to be somewhere. Even just after high school I feel like I always need to be somewhere or get home early for school the next day. But I don't. I hate that feeling.

Heh. My grad is Thursday thru Friday morning... After that, I will simply say that I've booked the weekend off of work. :D

Congratulations Keef and to all other members that will be graduating within the next few weeks!

I have still got a year left! :grumpy:

Sorry for the late Congrats, Keef!

Congrats to everyone else that will graduate too. 👍
