I want to ask a Miata related question, would a Hardtop with the Soft top removed be lighter than without a hardtop and with a soft top?
No, but it's worth getting a hard-top because torsional rigidity goes up 10,000,000% with the hard top on.![]()

Dealers have "cost+" arrangement for parts purchases by employees, typically around 10~30% over dealer cost of the part.I have no idea on that. I'm sure we can get just about anything mazdaspeed but I'm not sure I'd get a discount on special order items.
