I have a problem

A couple of weeks ago I went to this thing called international night, its where groups of different races perform. Well I was an escort for one of the girls, so I walked em onto stage and then walked off...not much but hey...well anyway the girl I escorted IMed me the other day and asked me if I remember this girl named Shirley, I said yeah I do. Then she told me that she thinks i'm cute. During international night I wanted to go talk to her but i figured she wouldn't be interested. I was totally wrong. But she I guess she lives about 15 min from my house assuming she lives near her school. And I have no car. But here is the problem, I spend 4 out of 7 days at work with my parents in DC. Monday, tuesday, friday, saturday. So this leaves me little time to go out with friends. I guess we could go for a quality over quantity tyte of thing, but I would still like to go out and be with her more than i can. And I would rellay like to get with her and spend more time with her, but my work gets in the way and my dad wont let me stay home. I mean i would just like to go out on friday and saturday and stay home from work. Only to spend time with her. But I doubt my dad would let me.

So if you missed the problem, here it is: I would like to spend time with the girl, but I spend most of my time at work. I need to find a way to get out of work to be able to spend time with her.
 
It is going to be hella hard if you dont have a car. At least, if you had one, you could take her everywhere she wants.



Just tell your parents that you have a new "girlfriend". Besides, you already help the 5/7. Why wouldnt let you stay in the house. Show them your responsability, and tell her whats your reality, and ask if she likes it.
 
Well...i'm not really the most responsible person...but I am working on it...see I got in alot of trouble last year with my school...and I guess they still dont trust me.
 
Well then... tell them that this time it is going to be different. It should be if you really want to get close to this girl. Besides the factor that you are helping your parents on that job should be more than a ticket to let you do that. That is if they dont pay you.
 
They don't pay me...only time i ever got money for helping was when I work on holidays and my grand mother dont work cuz she's tired or something...I swear its like my parents dont want me to have fun...:(

I ask it, because if you are like 15, then it is too much work load for a person of that age. You need to get out, hang with your friends. A kid of that age shouldnt have that tight schedule. Besides, the girl likes you... shouldnt they be proud that you like somebody and you like her enough to go and talk about this with them? (your parents)



Just keep talking with the girl, so you may not lose contact with her, while you are sorting this big mess with your parents.

I'm 16...this isn't the first girl to like me...first one to like me without me doing anything to try to get wit her...I've had many gf's...

Don't worry man. I was faced with this same situation...oh back in the day...Homecoming for High school i think it was...

Anyway...if you have a license...just borrow one of your buddy's cars. Just tell him your case and i'm sure he'll let you have it. Peace. Good luck!
 
Well...after actually reading ALL of your problem(s)...

You should do this:

1) Talk with your parents about your working conditions. Parent / son communication is key. I don't think I would've made it thru high school alive if I didn't talk to my parents.
2) Talk with that girl more. I don't want to sound rude, but if you don't have a car...will she necessarily dislike you? You don't have to pick her up on a date or anything like that right away. My advice is to get with a small (5-6 people) group, go out to dinner, and see a movie together.

If they were my parent dragging me to work with them I'd seriously tell them to go **** themselves. I'm not usually that crude but when it comes to working for free it's not a thing I do and neither should you?

Get out of doing the work, stay at home and date the girl, sorted :D

Oh what age can you ride a motorcycle in USA?
