I have a V2 code, how the hell do I order?

All it keeps saying when I add to cart is "By invitation only"

I'm following the damn link in the invitation. LOL

I think the code expired as its already Oct 1st in Germany. But not here. But I have the code and it won't let me order.

Waste of a code.

Maybe the code isn't valid? Its red for some reason so I think someone already used it. Bah!

Uh, I gave you that code, right? If you have it, nobody else can possibly have used it. I really hope you didn't waste it by letting it expire, I will be very disappointed. You had better contact Fanatec.
 
I did use it in time, I tried for four hours. I emailed them waiting to hear back. When I looked at the code it was red. Have no idea what that means. I definitely ordered in time.
 
If you have a valid code then you just need to place your order as usual. There is no need to enter the code somewhere. The code enables the order button.
 
Yeah trying again Thomas. Yesterday the order button would not come up. Support contacted me and said to try again. I'm going to try in a bit, I'm at work right now. Thanks

When someone gave me a code, it wouldn't work directly either, they had to send me their invite and transfer it to my registered E-mail address. After that was done, I got an E-mail invite from Fanatec to order. Your situation may be different if you received a code and didn't get the invite from someone else.
 
He got it transferred through Fanatec's website as it is supposed to be. I have done several of these now with this being the first one with a problem.
 
I'm trying again in a bit, I definitely did everything correctly. When I followed the link, the code was red in color and wouldn't let me order. Probably just a technical issue? Anyway, I got an email to try again.

Looks like someone at iRacing is having the same problem and his code doesn't expire until October 3rd.
 
Hi Thomas, I've been trying for the last two hours to order again, it won't accept the code. :(

I've definitely doing this right, there is no ability to order it. It just says "By Invitation"

Well I've tried 3 different computers, my laptop, desktop and my computer at work. The code doesn't work for any of them. I've updated Java, and made sure my spam filters are clear, and loaded Chrome and Firefox and updated Seems to be a broken code.
