I have issue with TPA3 pedal

HI, I met some issue about my T300RS pedal~~
I just take apart my T300 RS pedal T3PA to clean inside due to long time kick it with my barefoot.
but after assembling back then test it.
The signal appears only after press every pedal about 1cm.
I have never notice it at all.
Is that 1cm gap normal? or I screwed up😭

Have you set a dead zone in the pedal calibration settings recently?
